Pooja Mani Kathak Exponent & Choreographer
Pooja Mani is a passionate believer in the power of art, culture, and youth empowerment. Having traveled to over 56+ countries, she has witnessed worldwide how artistic expression transcends borders, uniting people through creativity. But along her journey, she also realized a gap—while India is home to a rich artistic heritage, young talents often lack the global exposure and recognition they deserve. This inspired her to establish The Art & Aesthetic Foundation (TAAF), a platform dedicated to nurturing emerging artists, young performers, and athletes, giving them opportunities to showcase their talents on an international stage.

Dr. Rajesh Hassija
Dr. Hassija is a respected educationist and academic leader with a strong belief in holistic, future-ready education. He is bestowed with the prestigious National Teacher’s Award 2003, which was awarded by then President of India, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam and the Lifetime Achievement Award apart from numerous other awards which he received in his four decades of educational journey, he champions the integration of arts, culture, and experiential learning into mainstream education.
As an Advisor to TAAF India, Dr. Hassija provides strategic guidance to ensure that the foundation’s international cultural exchange programs align with educational excellence, student well-being, and global learning values—empowering young talents to grow as confident, culturally aware global citizens.

Smt. Helen Acharya
Helen Acharya is a highly respected cultural administrator and arts advocate, widely known for her contribution to Performing arts of India as Consultant and Curator. As the Former Secretary/ Deputy Secretary Dance , Sangeet Natak Akademi, she has played a pivotal role in promoting, preserving, and globally positioning India’s rich artistic traditions.
As an Advisor to TAAF India, Helen Acharya offers invaluable guidance in shaping culturally sensitive, artist-centric, and internationally aligned programs. Her association strengthens TAAF’s vision of nurturing young performers through authentic cultural exchange, artistic excellence, and meaningful global exposure.
